Corona Virus Update
With the uncertainty and concerns surrounding the Covid-19 virus, we appreciate how important your mobile phones and other devices will be in the coming months, especially for those self-isolating or working from home.
We are making every provision to ensure continuity of our business, to ensure we can carry on providing our essential repair services during this difficult time.
We have adjusted our repair procedures to ensure maximum protection for our customers:
*We will take a prepayment over the phone or by bank transfer
*The technician will call when he is near and ask you to place the device on your doorstep or windowsill for collection
*We ask that you also wipe your device down with an antibacterial wipe or similar before it is collected
*Upon arrival your device will be collected by a technician, wearing a fresh pair of surgical gloves
*Following the repair your device will be wiped down with an antibacterial/alcohol wipe before return
*Once the transaction is complete the technician will dispose of their gloves responsibly
*If you have displayed any of the symptoms of the virus, please could you make us aware so we can discuss additional safety measures
*Should you need to cancel your appointment due to illness, we ask you to advise us as early as possible to avoid unnecessary travel costs and exposure
